RETURN & REFUND POLICY

YUNA Travel Consultancy Services – Refund Policy

At YUNA Travel Consultancy Services, we value your trust and aim to provide excellent service with transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Booking Fees

All service/processing fees for flight bookings, visa assistance, accommodation, and other travel-related services are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

2. Airline Tickets

Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules and conditions. YUNA Travel Consultancy Services will assist in processing any applicable refund, but we do not guarantee the full amount will be returned. Refund processing time may vary depending on the airline (typically 30–90 days).

3. Visa Services

Visa application fees (both government and service fees) are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the visa outcome. Denied or withdrawn applications are not eligible for a refund.

4. Hotel & Tour Packages

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the supplier’s or hotel’s policy. If refundable, the amount will be processed after deducting any administrative and third-party charges.

5. Change of Mind / Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a client cancels or withdraws from a confirmed booking for personal reasons, any refund eligibility will depend on the third-party provider’s terms. YUNA Travel Consultancy Services reserves the right to charge a processing or cancellation fee.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, refunds will be subject to the policies of our partner airlines, hotels, and service providers.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–45 business days, depending on the nature of the service and the provider involved.
